All rank must get the same amount of PMSP.The lowest rank JAWAN have done all the hard task and duty while the GOs enjoy the pleasure of living with his/her family where ever they go and do nothing at all.Except making the life of jawan more miserable. The officer do nothing at all even in his office. It is the jawan itself who have done all the paper work without getting any benefit.Especially in CRPF &BSF There are many soldier who didnot have any opportunity to have a family life even once in their whole service.Unlike the army, navy and airforce the capf especially CRPF&BSF NGO’s doesnot have field area and peace area posting procedure while the officer in these force get their desire posting. With PROOF there are many jawan who were never posted in peace area and complete their service in three place i.e J&K,LWE area and northeast insurgency area.so,why will the jawan get lower amount of PMSP than the GO”S.IS OUR LIFE LESS VALUABLE THAN THE OFFICER?some may say why Don”t you try to be an officer yourself?my answer is that if everyone become an officer who will fight in the battle ground.Even in our daily bread the best part of chicken and mutton will go to the officer mess.In conclusion it is about time to get rid of the BRITISH rule which discriminate indian and practise this parity to oppressed indian during their rule like wise in our today india where the jawan get two promotion in their whole service and for some few people up to inspector.LOL.!!!!! THIS IS MY BELOVED INDIAN where oppression and casteism rule.
