  1. Thanks a lot for Notification dt 29.10.2016 though very late, however, it seems now there will be a peace of mind for ex service men especially pbor . we only expect arreares payment in this Nov,2016 itself. Once again thanks.

  3. Why length of service in the same scale is not being calculated at the time of retirement when Govt. agreed for the same.It should be done immediately prior to finalization of pension and its arrears payment .Multiplication factor at least it should be 3 %
